Eligibility:
Membership is valid for group workshops only. It is not applicable for one-to-one workshops.
Children requiring one-to-one workshops due to special needs are not eligible for this membership.
If a child develops special needs requiring one-to-one workshops during the membership term, the remaining balance of the membership will be converted into an equivalent value for one-to-one workshops.
Membership is non-transferable, including between siblings.

Friend Passes:
Members receive:
2 friend passes per month during term time.
4 friend passes per month during school holidays (February, Easter, July, August, October, December).
A total of 36 friend passes per year.
Friend passes are not valid for siblings.
Friends must attend with the VIP member, and their spot must be reserved in advance.
10% Toy Discount:
Valid on all toys except LEGO products.
Birthday Cake Offer:
Members are entitled to a birthday cake with a retail value of up to £30 when booking a birthday party.
Non-Refundable Policy:
Memberships are non-refundable except within the first 14 days of purchase.
Cancellation within 14 days incurs a £30 admin fee.
Fair Use Policy:
Members who fail to show up for reserved workshops more than five times will have their membership curtailed:
After the first five no-shows, each additional no-show will reduce the membership by one week.
Blackout Dates:
If workshops are unavailable due to blackout dates, additional passes may be used for future workshops.
